Job Description
As a busser, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience, attending to tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift. You must be able to work in a team-oriented context, have excellent time management and communication skills, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Represent the restaurant with authenticity, enthusiasm, and professionalism
- Provide Bread and Water to new guests
- Clean and reset tables when guests depart
- Polish silverware and ready the restaurant for the next shift
- Assist guest with any questions they may have
- Assist serving staff in any way possible to insure an excellent guest experience
- Attend to to-go orders during the shift
- Complete end of shift duties
- Actively prepared to complete side work or other duties as necessary
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
- Sustain the safety of the property though risk-management behavior
- Follow safety procedures as your role is defined
- Perform additional duties as assigned
