Job Description
The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall maintenance of the building, directing and working with employees to execute engineering operations, including maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
Requirements
- Lead and execute all engineering and maintenance efforts.
- Develop and monitor guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment to ensure reliability, safety, and comfort.
- Manage emergency evacuation floor plans, fire, life, and safety detection/alarm device testing programs.
