Job Description
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping and laundry operation, including coordinating staff, ensuring cleanliness, and monitoring inventory levels.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience required, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
