Job Description
The Regional Director of Food & Beverage provides strategic and operational leadership for all F&B operations across the Paso Robles Inn, Avila Lighthouse Suites, and Pacific Point. This role ensures consistent service standards, strong financial performance, and alignment with brand expectations while supporting property-level teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience, including multi-unit oversight
- Strong background in hotels, resorts, or multi-outlet F&B operations
- Proven financial management experience with multi-million-dollar budgets
- Knowledge of California labor laws, health regulations, and operational compliance
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the Central Coast region
