A growing nonprofit organization is seeking a Director of Development to lead its fundraising function and deepen its roots in the community.
Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fundraising strategy
- Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate sponsors, and foundations
- Lead grant identification, writing, and reporting processes
- Organize and oversee fundraising events and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing to build community awareness and brand affinity
- Prepare and present development reports to the Board of Directors
- Manage and mentor a development team
