The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience in art direction and brand design, with a proven track record in both top-tier creative agencies and high-growth in-house environments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in art direction and brand design
• Proven track record in both top-tier creative agencies and high-growth in-house environments
• Portfolio of work showcasing mastery in branding, interactive web/mobile design, video, and integrated marketing for complex technology
• Persuasive presentation and communication skills
• Experience building and leading high-performance creative teams
• Ability to drive multiple initiatives with a strong sense of urgency
• Located in New York City and willing to come into the office 4x/week
