Engineering Leader, Platform and Infrastructure

Peregrine is looking for an Engineering Manager to join their core engineering teams. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with design and product management to build systems that are robust, scalable, and user-centered.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling large software teams
• Deep expertise in modern platform architecture, including databases, APIs, observability, DevOps, and AI infrastructure
• Strong command of logs, metrics, traces, and alerting
• Experience running containerized systems and orchestration platforms at scale
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating systems in major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Prior exposure to AI infrastructure and the unique operational challenges it introduces
