Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or event management
- Experience within public sector, specifically state and local government market, is highly desirable
- Proven track record of developing creative integrated field/digital programs to engage prospects at regional level
- Hands-on execution ability to manage multiple priorities with effective project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail and ability to work closely and strategically with sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate internal leaders/teams across functions
- Experience with marketing tools like Hubspot and Salesforce, as well as proficiency using other office productivity applications and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack)
- Self-starter capabilities to take the initiative with an optimistic 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
