We are looking for a Team Head / Market Head, Private Bank to lead and manage a team of experienced Relationship Managers in Singapore, focusing on client acquisition and retention strategies, and growing a personal book of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record in private banking with deep coverage of the North Asia or Southeast Asia markets
• Strong leadership and team management experience within a high-performing private banking environment
• Ability to bring and grow a transferable client portfolio
• Expertise across a broad range of wealth management products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong relationship-driven approach
• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly motivated, and results-oriented
