Job Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients regarding their life and health insurance policies, manage all aspects of policy servicing, and liaise with insurers, clients, and internal departments.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above; insurance or finance-related qualifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience in policy servicing, client services, or insurance operations, ideally within a brokerage or private wealth setting
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
