Prior experience in turf management, landscaping, or lawn care services and strong customer service and communication skills

Experience with diesel engine repair, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and tire service procedures

7+ years of experience in landscape design, consulting or sales in high-end residential market. Minimum 2 years in leadership/management role overseeing cross-functional teams

Proven arboriculture experience, ISA Certification, and valid driver’s license required

High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in tree climbing and trimming, and strong knowledge of tree species and pruning techniques

3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance with 2+ years of supervisory experience

Arbor management experience and strong leadership skills required. Certification and pesticide license preferred
