Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the landscape consulting team
- Drive training & development of team to elevate design quality, sales performance, and client satisfaction
- Ensure consultants adhere to established client-engagement standards
- Resolve escalated client concerns
- Oversee lead intake, assignment, follow-up
- Manage scheduling, documentation, proposal formatting, contracts, onboarding for new clients
