Requirements
- Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Provide deep product knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Power Platform, and related Azure services
