We are a family-owned bank seeking an Ag Loan Officer to provide loans and banking products to commercial clients, with a focus on agricultural and commercial real estate. The role will grow and maintain the bank's portfolio, while also contributing to the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• 2+ years of commercial or ag lending experience
• Strong communication and negotiating skills
