Requirements

• Acts as primary point of contact for those seeking Ag or Commercial loans
• Evaluates client/applicant’s credit to determine appropriate lending decision
• Develops a strong knowledge of bank’s products and identify opportunities to recommend other products or services to customers
• Develops and execute sales strategies to either maintain or gain clients to increase commercial lending revenue and deposit growth
