The IT Intern will work closely with the Information Technology team to provide day-to-day technical support to bank employees while gaining hands-on experience in a financial services environment. This role will support core help desk functions, assist with routine IT tasks, and help prepare and maintain various operational and technology-related reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and common business software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to learn and follow established procedures in a regulated banking environment.
