Universal Banker

As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for driving deposit growth and ensuring customer satisfaction, floating between teller and banker duties, identifying deposit opportunities, and offering products and services that fulfill customer needs.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in banking or customer-facing sales
• Understanding of banking regulations required; training provided
• Experience with electronic banking desired and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Detail-oriented risk mitigator with accurate cash handling and documentation skills
• Proven ability to identify opportunities targeted at deposit growth; sales experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a very diverse environment with strong communication skills
• Hard-working self-starter with curiosity to challenge processes and motivation for advancement into management
