Job Description
Performance Optimal Health is seeking qualified Athletic Trainers to provide on-field game coverage and injury management for on-site locations, as well as rehabilitation services and community relations.
Requirements
- Provide on-field game coverage and injury management
- Provide rehabilitation services in the Athletic Training Room
- Injury tracking, documentation, referrals, and communication
- Develop and utilize emergency action plan
- Work collaboratively with physical therapy team
- Foster and develop community and physician relationships
- Monitor team practices, athletic equipment, and sporting grounds
- Educate, instruct, and supervise athletes
- Maintain medical records and forms
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Stay informed and knowledgeable of developments in the sports medicine field
