Warehouse Associate II Lead

Warehouse Associate Lead responsible for leading a team of 10+ employees in the warehouse operation, receiving, storing, and distributing material and products, and ensuring conformance to company standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment
• Ability to read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed
• Ability to convey materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas
• Ability to sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence
• Ability to fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distribute items to production workers or assembly line
• Ability to assemble customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
• Ability to mark materials with identifying information such as labels
• Ability to record amounts of materials or items received or distributed
• Ability to weigh or count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards
• Ability to arrange product in specified sequence for assembly by other workers
• Ability to inform department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention
