Job Description
We are seeking a creative leader to head our social ad creatives team. The ideal candidate will develop campaign concepts, test strategies, and messaging approaches for clients, and lead a team of creatives. The role requires 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, art direction, or creative lead roles in performance marketing or agency settings.
Requirements
- Development of campaign concepts, testing strategies, and messaging approaches for clients
- Creative performance analysis: reading data, learning from it, and developing best practices
- Creation of creative reports and strategy presentations for clients
- Leading and developing a creative team
- Quality control of all advertising materials, visually and performance-wise
- Creative communication with clients: briefings, discussions, and recommendations
- Keeping up with current trends and platform updates and sharing them with the team
- Responsibility for deadlines, output quality, and efficiency
