Job Description
Perfusion Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated Staff Pediatric Perfusionist to support an annual pediatric case volume of approximately 100 cases. The role involves operating and managing cardiopulmonary bypass, monitoring patient vitals, and collaborating with other medical professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Success requires strong clinical judgment and a commitment to continuous learning in pediatric cardiac care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited perfusion program
- ABCP exam eligibility or Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) certification
- Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and critical thinking skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to handle high-stakes environments
- Previous or current pediatric experience preferred
