Entwicklungsingenieur Klettertechnik & Automation (m/w/d)

We are looking for a skilled Development Engineer to further develop our climbing systems and drive efficiency in modern construction through the integration of smart technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in technical product development and construction
• Deep knowledge of steel construction, electromechanics, hydraulic systems, and conveyor technology
• Familiarity with the construction industry or construction engineering is an advantage
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (preferably Autodesk Inventor) and MS 365
• Agile product development skills (Design Thinking, Simultaneous Engineering)
• Analytical thinking, team spirit, and a structured, interdisciplinary work style
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as international travel readiness
