House Supervisor (Psych RN)

Perimeter Healthcare is a behavioral healthcare company seeking a House Supervisor for its behavioral health hospital in Garland, TX. The House Supervisor will be responsible for directing nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing leadership to staff. The role requires at least three years of clinical leadership experience in a behavioral-psychiatric hospital setting.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and/or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Valid licensure and registration by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
• At least three (3) years of clinical leadership experience in a behavioral-psychiatric hospital setting is required
• At least three (3) years of extensive clinical leadership management is required
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Thorough knowledge of the Joint Commission, CMS, and OSHA requirements, and state, federal, regulatory requirements preferred
