Perion is a global advertising technology company seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to launch and scale media trading capabilities in North America. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in media trading, programmatic buying, or paid social and strong hands-on experience with paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. The role will involve setting up, activating, and managing media campaigns, monitoring performance, and optimizing toward key objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in media trading, programmatic buying, or paid social
- Strong hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta mandatory; TikTok, Snapchat strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of programmatic buying environments (DV360 or other DSPs)
- Deep knowledge of media KPIs and optimization logic
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
- Comfortable working in a data-driven, performance-oriented environment
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Autonomous, proactive, and structured
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Curious mindset with a strong interest in AI, ad tech, and innovation
- Strong communication skills in an international context
