Job Description
Join PerkinElmer as a Customer Support Engineer to support customers in Central Italy, troubleshooting scientific instruments, and providing technical support. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Chemistry, Physics, Electronics or equivalent technical experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical support, field service or laboratory instrumentation
- Strong experience with analytical instruments LC, GC/MS or similar
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Good mastery of computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. ServiceMax) a plus
