Field Service Engineer (FIELD REMOTE- Chicago, IL)

Field Service Engineer provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.

Requirements

• Install, maintain, validate and repair PerkinElmer and/or multivendor instrumentation at customer site
• Provide troubleshooting, repair, and qualification services for customers
• Communicate service offerings and train customers
• Partner with customers to understand their analytical workflow and applications
• Demonstrate knowledge of installation, warranty, and service agreement documentation standards
