Pharma Utilities Engineering Manager

PerkinElmer is seeking an experienced Utilities Engineering Manager to oversee the performance and compliance of clean and black utility systems in a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and oversight for various utility systems, lead conceptual and detailed engineering for new systems, and ensure systems operate within defined regulatory and safety limits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–8+ years of experience in utilities engineering, facilities engineering, or system ownership within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting clean utility systems, HVAC, and regulated facility operations.
• Experience with commissioning, qualification, and cGMP compliance.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience leading projects, vendors, or technical workstreams.
