Senior Process Engineer

PerkinElmer is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their OneSource Scientific Services team based at a customer site in Collegeville, PA. The successful candidate will work within a research unit focused on process engineering and modeling, supporting R&D and manufacturing activities. The role involves conducting laboratory experimentation, analytical testing, and process development workstreams.

Requirements

• Conduct laboratory experimentation and analytical testing
• Develop processes for lyophilized drug product dosage forms
• Platform development workstreams to assess, develop and implement new manufacturing platforms
• Drug Product technology transfer activities and reports
• Preparation and review of developmental and manufacturing batch records, SOPs, and regulatory documentation
• Automate developmental work packages and establish control strategies through the development and maintenance of system modeling platforms
