Job Description
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in restaurant operations and achieve planned sales and profit levels. Responsibilities include planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, and proper handling of cash and credit card information.
Requirements
- One to two years previous experience in a supervisory role
- High school diploma; some college or degree preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate with employees, guests and vendors in person and by telephone
- Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
