Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned tax manager or senior manager to join our core business tax team, with a focus on closely held family groups and individual owners. The role involves reviewing complex returns, managing client relationships, and supervising project teams. We offer a flexible and people-first culture, with a target of 1,375 charge hours for full-time managers and 1,350 for senior managers.
Requirements
- Active CPA License
- 5-7+ years of recent experience in public accounting
- 2 years in a manager/senior manager capacity
- Experience reviewing business tax returns (forms 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040)
- Due diligence experience on M&A activity
- Familiarity with foreign reporting experience (Form 5471, 5472, FBAR, 8865, 1042)
