Job Description
Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department, or group in the firm, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports, as well as ordering lunches and setting up meetings.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience
- Effective verbal, written communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
