Architect II

Perkins & Will is a multi-disciplinary design firm specializing in the design of public buildings and spaces. The firm is looking for an Architect II to perform in a self-directed manner in all aspects of the building design process.

Requirements

• Professional Degree in Architecture
• 3+ years experience
• A minimum of 2 years working with Revit
• Experience in Contract Administration
• Experience in all phases and aspects of a project is desirable
• Intermediate knowledge of project design and construction documentation production
• Knowledge of construction materials
• Graphic and 3D visualization skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
• LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
