Designer I

We are seeking a Designer I to assist in the design process under routine guidance and contribute to the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related discipline and proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.

Requirements

• Provides assistance throughout the design process under routine guidance
• Contributes to the overall success of the team by adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design
• Supports preparation of creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions
• Performs product research and assists team with material selections
• Assists in preparing client presentation materials using design application skills and creative ideas
• Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way
• Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and compile data for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual
• Participates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups
• Communicates ideas and thoughts in a way that inspires others
• Assists with coordination among partners and consultants
