Job Description
Perkins&Will is looking for a highly motivated Senior Project Architect to lead all phases of the design process with a high level of proficiency and expertise. The successful candidate will have strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills, and will be responsible for effective project coordination, regulatory reviews, and team performance.
Requirements
- Leading all phases of the design process
- Project coordination efforts among internal disciplines and with external consultants
- Communicating with clients related to project technical matters
- Overseeing project regulatory reviews and coordination with authorities having jurisdiction
- Maintaining awareness of evolving building technology and engineering systems
