Senior HVAC Draughtsman

Perle is looking for a highly capable Senior HVAC Draughtsman to lead the preparation and review of detailed HVAC shop drawings and coordinate with other disciplines. The role involves advanced MEP coordination, duct layouts, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years of experience in MEP drafting with a focus on HVAC systems in UAE construction projects.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC Drafting or related field
• 6–10 years of MEP drafting experience with strong focus on HVAC systems in UAE construction projects (high-rise, commercial, residential, villas preferred)
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (mandatory); Navisworks knowledge is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of ASHRAE 90.1, SMACNA DW/144, DEWA, Dubai Municipality, and Dubai Green Building Regulations
• Proven experience in full HVAC coordination (ducting, air handling, chilled water, VRF) across multiple disciplines
• Excellent attention to detail, drawing accuracy, and version control discipline
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Good English communication (Arabic is a plus)
