Software Engineer - (Full-stack Javascript)

At Perlego, we're a team of 100 working to make education accessible to all. We're looking for a Software Engineer with experience in Javascript, React & NextJS, Node.js, Typescript, AWS & TDD to join our learner Tribe and work on developing complex strategies and managing technical SEO projects.

Requirements

• Experience in writing performant, high-quality web applications using Javascript, React/NextJS, Node.js, Typescript
• Strong understanding of architectural practices including: Microservices, REST, object-oriented & functional programming, relational database design and NOSQL databases
• Experience working with Cloud computing providers (AWS)
• Experience in sharing ideation thoughts and executing A/B tests to evaluate the impact of different features and monetisation strategies
• Commercial experience as a software engineer
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and the ability to boil down complex technical problems and make them easy to understand
