Job Description
The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the attractiveness of multiple properties by cleaning and upkeeping exteriors, common areas, sidewalks, and buildings. Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Previous groundskeeper/porter experience helpful but not required
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Knowledge of general maintenance and groundskeeping
