Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager, Business Planning to partner closely with the business to identify growth opportunities and provide financial insight and thought leadership to division sales teams through routine reporting and ad-hoc analysis. The successful candidate will be a highly analytical professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can translate data into insights and influence stakeholders across multiple functions to achieve regional financial targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, commercial analytics, or a related role
- Experience supporting Sales or Commercial teams; CPG or Spirits industry experience a plus
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with financial forecasting or planning tools (Hyperion Essbase or similar preferred)
- Experience working with BI or analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Nielsen/IRI, NABCA, ThinkCell, VISTAAR and/or similar platforms preferred)
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed for market and distributor engagement, off-site training, etc.
