Associate Product Designer

We're looking for an early-career Product Designer to join our small, but mighty, design team. You'll play a key role in shaping the customer experience at Perpay—bringing design thinking, strong visuals, and motion skills to the table.

Requirements

• Contribute to design projects that directly impact our customers’ financial lives
• Apply design thinking methodologies to solve user and business problems
• Collaborate with product, engineering, brand and marketing partners to ship experiences that are useful, beautiful, and on-brand
• Bring designs to life through high-quality visual work, motion design, and attention to micro-interactions
• Support research initiatives by contributing to planning, synthesizing insights, and applying findings to your designs
• Uphold and apply our design system and visual language across platforms
• Take initiative and drive work forward even when things are ambiguous—we’re looking for someone with grit and hustle mentality
