Job Description
Perry Ellis International, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR contact for all employees in the New York office. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and local compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) is highly desirable
