As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and management of our Value Channel partnerships across the country. Based in our Miami headquarters, you will serve as a high-level strategic leader, overseeing national account performance, driving high-volume sales initiatives, and managing complex financial forecasting.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8–10 years of proven sales leadership experience, specifically within the national value channel or off-price apparel sector.
- A 4-year college degree is required.
- Expert-level understanding of the value-tier retail landscape, including deep familiarity with national discount chains and their unique operational requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in retail math (GMROI, turn, markups) and high-level competency in Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to convert market data into actionable sales strategies and long-term business plans.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to "work the numbers" to find hidden opportunities for growth.
