Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing daily financial transactions, verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. The position involves processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and communicating discrepancies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years Accounts Payable experience or equivalent education experience
- Experience working with physical checks and electronic systems required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products
