Job Description
The Architect Designer is responsible for creating architectural floor plans and elevation plans, exercising discretion and independent judgment in the intellectual field of architecture. The role involves analyzing plans for functionality, accuracy, cost, and efficiency, and working with CAD producers and the Production Manager to oversee the flow of plans through the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design with an emphasis in high-end residential design
- Licensed Architect in Texas
- Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office products
- Attention to detail, creativity/innovation, and organizational skills
