The Senior HR Generalist provides advanced HR support by partnering closely with the Human Resources Manager to execute employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or senior generalist role supporting HR leadership
