Senior Electrical Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead research and development of new products, improve existing products, and develop overall Systems solutions. This role will play a critical role in developing Wave Relay Product solutions with our DOD customers.

What You Will Do

Manage, derive, and capture Product/Program requirements, support software and hardware testing, and lead engineering projects including new product/solution development, product changes, and customer integration.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field, and at least 7 years of experience as a Product Designer. Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time and have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related field
• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Designer
• Defense Project Management Experience interfacing directly with customers for networking architecture solutions and product integration solutions
• Proven understanding of the end-to-end design process, including research, prototyping, usability testing
• Experience with complex systems development, evaluation and requirements capture
• Experience with electrical and mechanical interface requirements
• Experience in risk analysis and progress reporting
• Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time
• Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain a United States security clearance
