Senior Electrical Engineer

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead technical projects from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers. The successful candidate will have experience in analog and digital embedded design, and a proven track record of delivering products while meeting design for manufacturability, testability, and reliability guidelines.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a technical leadership role
• Experience in electrical design, component selection, system architecture, design verification, and documentation
• Experience in firmware development and debugging
• Ability to work with ambiguous requirements and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
