Principal Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineer, Electrical Engineering to serve as a technical leader within our electronics organization. The role requires a strong voice in technical decision-making, the ability to mentor informally, and a passion for building robust, scalable designs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering with a strong track record at the senior/principal level
• Deep expertise in power electronics (AC/DC, motor control, thermal systems) and embedded systems design.
• Strong experience in analog and digital design, including schematic capture and PCB layout
• Proven ability to lead complex programs through influence, not authority.
• Experience delivering high-volume consumer products from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of DFM, DFT, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to drive clarity across teams.
