Building Supervisor / Supervisor de Edificio (Team Lead / Lider del Equipo)

This position is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning standards, company policies and procedures are being followed by all employees within the building / community (Team Members), as well as maintaining high quality level of all common areas and amenities, while ensuring a safe work place.

Requirements

• Review and distribute workload to Team Members, under Account Manager’s supervision and approval
• Work with Account Manager on coverage for Team Members absences; this must be approved by Account Manager first
• Request Approval from Account Manager if Over Time is needed
• Respond to inquiries regarding services and building issues
• Maintain open and clear communication with Team Members, Account Managers, PTC Management, and Building / Community Management & Staff at all times
• Assures that all Team Members follow PTC & Building Specific Policies & Procedures
• Notify Account Manager/ PTC Management (HR, Operations, etc.) about any emergencies, or relevant incidents immediately
• Check that Team Members are clocking in and out daily via time keeping app
• Maintain adequate supply levels without overstocking items for onsite supply
• Assure that all supplies are requested in a timely and proper manner, by filling out the Supply Request Form on a Monthly basis and confirm receipt with Account Manager for delivery
• Proactively request supply for special projects while ensuring that all products are not kept in excess and being used in the proper / safe manner by all team members
• Oversee the training of new and current team members
• Train employees on all areas of service
• Review proper use of chemicals, machines, equipment and personal protective safety wear
• Work closely with New Hires and provide them with a complete 5-day training program
