Leitung Instandhaltung (m/w/d) in a quality-critical production environment in medical technology.
Requirements
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the maintenance team (approximately 5 employees)
- Ensuring a smooth process of preventive maintenance (machine park and parts of the building technology)
- Early detection of technical weaknesses and development of sustainable solutions
- Analysis of faults, derivation of suitable measures, and reduction of downtime
- Responsibility for spare part management, safety inspections, and technical documentation
- Initiation of investment projects and accompaniment of implementation
