Pet City Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen their digital presence and customer engagement across multiple digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital trends and customer experience, combined with creativity, strong organisational skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an eCommerce/OMNI environment or digital marketing agency
• Hands-on experience in social media content creation, digital marketing platforms, and creative briefing
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation flows
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital campaign performance
• Experience using analytics tools such as GA4 to monitor and evaluate marketing performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and translate insights into actions
